Please note when buying these that they are actually 2.5LB each, and not 5LB each like i was expecting.

They are great quality and feel comfortable when on. They would be great for toning your bum, legs and abs during a Pilate's based workout, but I'd think they would be too heavy for any cardio work.

They are too big to be worn around the wrist tightly. On a man they would be a good fit, but i personally need to push they up my arm a tad, to get a good grip.

Just to add the colour looks more bright like on the model as apposed to the duller colour in the product image.

I did a lot of research about weights before purchasing the (1 pound each) and the heavier (2.5 pound each) set of ankle/wrist weights. I have found them to be snug enough and give me the little extra weight to help build up my muscles and bones. I do not ever intend to run in them, so they are perfect for the lifts I am doing.

I ordered this product and it arrived 2 days later, great delivery, service was not needed but I suspect that would be top quality aswell. For future purchaser's information it is a 5lb set; 2.5lb each, not 5lb each. Still, amazing product and a great gift for any keen runners!

They were delivered quickly and do what they say. The only small disadvantage is that the velcro sometimes pops open when you use them. I am still pleased with them.

Love these ankle weights. Even though they are only 2.5lbs each, they are heavy enough to be part of my exercise regime. The velcro straps make them quick and easy to use and they have really made a difference to my fitness, i.e. improving my core strength/abs. I wear them walking and around the house and am thinking about buying another pair in a few weeks time. Love them!
