Lovely little camera December 9, 2009 Chrisp (London UK) 90 out of 94 found this review helpful
I have browsed dozens of pages before I purchased this camera, at first look it is a great product, is small and practical and it can fit in any pocket.
The 2.7 inches screen is huge and clear. Lithium battery with re-charger made this camera great buy, at this price sounds a real bargain!
I bought it as a xmas present and came with the free case which makes the whole package very appealing.
I would buy this again and I would suggest this to a friend.
Great product worth every penny!
Chris
Out with my camera December 16, 2009 Ms. J. J. Mckay (N. Ireland) 31 out of 32 found this review helpful
Having had three other digital cameras before this one, I am very pleased with the Fuji J30. I have had a long association with using the old 35mm roll and cassette type cameras. These ranged from Compact and Instant cameras to SLR Zenit and Pentax MZ-50. The modern camera has to be very good to compete with the up surge in Digital cameras that are on the market at present. As I am interested in shooting scenic photos as well as the personal photos, I find that the J30 is very hard to beat. It sits well in the hand and is very well balanced. So far I have shot Autumn scenes, Steam Trains in action on video, as well as the personal ones. The videos, when downloaded to my pc, have turned very well indeed. I can find only a slight fault with the product, the instruction book was absent and had to be downloaded from the internet. This, I found, was rather a blight on the satisfaction that I otherwise got from Fujifilm J30 Camera. Certainly, in the future, if I change to another model, a major point will be if there is an instruction booklet with it or not. I would recomend this camera to anyone who wants a very good reliable digital camera.
Just love it December 18, 2009 Mrs. D. L. Dorward (Malvern, England) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
As someone that works with graphics I am finding this camera very useful. The pictures are crisp and the operating is easy. Exactly what is needed from a camera, and one that I would have expected to pay a lot more for. I am delighted with it.
All the features without the fuss January 10, 2010 J. Caddick 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I looked at loads of cameras as I wanted to get one for my nearly 80 year old Dad, that wasn't too complicated. It is not that he is stupid of course, but lots of cameras have features he will never use in a million years so why pay for them. He is thrilled with it and the quality of photos is excellent. It is also small to fit in a pocket but not too small to be fiddly and the buttons are not too close together for larger fingers. Oh and the black one looks the best. I must just get one for myself!
great little gift ! January 7, 2010 R. Yip (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this as a christmas present for my brother - he loved it. We took pictures and videos all over xmas and new years. There are lots of different modes that you can switch to whilst taking pictures that make a lot of difference. There was even a mode for snow, so when we took the pictures of the snow outside, we could see all the droplets of snow falling and it was really preety and brilliant quality.
